This goes back to the original laughing at Dogs sessions, before I moved to Hatherleigh and changed my mind about the entire album (probably 2003, maybe 2004). So it got leftover. I wanted to layer up loads of unison instruments to get a really big sound. Might not have worked. But it does sound like a 70s cop show theme, and that's never a bad thing.

As to the title, that was because I misheard the lyrics to Cornershop's 'Brimfull of Asha' as Green Cola Badger, and a friend of mine misheard the Residents 'Santa Dog' as 'Santa Dog, his cheese will feed us' rather than 'Santa Dog's a Jesus foetus' as it should be.
I wrote the song about the green cola badger who's cheese will feed us.
Green cola was a panda pop flavour back in the 80s, so the panda and the badger get thrown together, also blue raspberry was another flavour. Do the lyrics sound less barking yet?

Plastic Squirrel Devon, UK

Throwing unlikely instruments together in the comfort of my own garage since 1996. Still not settled on one type of music, because I like all types of music. Unashamedly lo-fi recording, it is the song that is important, not the production, okay?

Sorry for the slow output, but life continues to get in the way of art I'm afraid, so bear with me, there will be new material eventually.
