about

As the title really, it was only intended to be something to test my new studio after I moved house and put it all in a very small shed. Started it in october 2013, and didn't finish it until December 2014. The studio flooded shortly after I began working on it. Then after I moved it all into my neighbours barn and got it running again, my trusty old PC blew up, and I once again had to start again. Plus I realised it was a bit dull and kept rewriting it over and over again.

For the audio geeks, one of the guitars is recorded direct into the focusrite interface and all done with native instruments guitar rig, so all virtual (except for a little behringer valve preamp). And the other one is played through my old Red knob fender amp, wound up very loud, with a condensor at a distance, and an SM57 in front of it. See if you can guess which is which? (or don't, it's a really stupid game) They are both my old Ibanez SB-70 with P-90s in.

about

Plastic Squirrel Devon, UK

Throwing unlikely instruments together in the comfort of my own garage since 1996. Still not settled on one type of music, because I like all types of music. Unashamedly lo-fi recording, it is the song that is important, not the production, okay?

Sorry for the slow output, but life continues to get in the way of art I'm afraid, so bear with me, there will be new material eventually.
